Today’s Walking Classroom talks about Shakespeare – one of the world’s most famous authors who lived nearly 500 years ago. Shakespeare wrote many plays and poems which are still popular today. William Shakespeare invented over 5,000 words and phrases still used in English today. While many of Shakespeare’s plays remain relevant to today’s audiences, the theater experience is now quite different from how it was way back then.
