Today’s Walking Classroom podcast focuses on the American poet, Robert Frost. Frost lived in rural New England in the late 1800’s and the early 1900’s. His appreciation for nature and the outdoors was a major influence on his poetry. He is known for using weather to set the tone or mood in his poetry. Many of his poems, while brief, capture a deeper and more complex meaning. Sometimes being short and simple is better than being long and wordy.
