
Today’s Walking Classroom podcast introduces you to Rachel Carson, a woman who worked very hard to make people aware of how important it is to take care of the environment. This podcast also talks about her famous book Silent Spring and how the book influenced our government to start the Environmental Protection Agency and look into issues like factory pollution despite pushback from big factories and chemical companies.
