
Today’s Walking Classroom podcast focuses on the famous African-American poet and writer, Langston Hughes. Langston Hughes’ childhood inspired his later writing success. His grandmother taught him the importance of his culture and the many books he read sparked a love of written expression. The art and music of the Harlem Renaissance also inspired much of his writing.
