
Today’s Walking Classroom podcast focuses on the South African surgeon Dr. Christiaan Barnard. Dr. Barnard performed the first successful human heart transplant in 1967. He was assisted by a team of thirty people, demonstrating that often “individual achievement” is actually the result of teamwork.
