Today’s Walking Classroom podcast focuses on the effective use of adverbs, specifically adverbs of manner. Adverbs help clarify for the reader the “how, where, how often, when, and why” of other parts of speech. For example, in the sentence, “She walked briskly”, briskly is an adverb that describes HOW she walked.
