Set up a Walk-Tracking Sneaker Wall in your classroom
To build more physical activity into the school day, take the learning on the move and build excitement by setting up a walk-tracking Sneaker Wall! Walking is easy exercise that anyone can do. Learning on the move gets brains working as well as bodies!
To get started, students each choose their “sneaker” from four sneaker designs and color and decorate it as they wish. Our guide provides the steps you need for your students to have great walking discussions on any topic, book, or whatever else you can think of!
Each day that students complete a walk, they get a sticker for their “sneaker” on the Sneaker Wall. You can award additional stickers for extra walks.
