As the 21st Century Community Learning Center Coordinator for our Elementary School, I received two class sets of the Walking Classroom for our 4th and 5th grade students.
They walk and learn on a regular basis and this is their favorite part of the after school program!
The students track their steps each day, as we have incorporated the use of pedometers with our learning and complete journal entries after each walk.
We are learning AND getting in shape!
